MicroDuck

MicroDuck is an unofficial memecoin on Robinhood Chain, trading as microduck on the contract 0xD5f1afEA47b1A9eab414D2ee740cF1d6d039E725. Reading the contract directly returns eighteen decimals and a supply of exactly one billion tokens. The identified microduck/NVDA liquidity pool was created at 11:48:43 UTC on 27 August 2026, which establishes when a market opened rather than when the contract was deployed or first announced.

The character is not the token's invention. MicroDuck is a 25cm biped robot from Pollen Robotics, the Bordeaux company Hugging Face acquired in April 2025. Preorders opened at $399 on 27 August 2026, the same day the token's market appeared, and a day after the first reports that NVIDIA was acquiring Hugging Face. No authorisation from Pollen Robotics, Hugging Face, NVIDIA or Robinhood has been established for the token.

Part of the token's market is quoted against NVDA, a Robinhood Stock Token. Robinhood's documentation describes Stock Tokens as tokenised debt securities that grant no legal or beneficial rights in the underlying company, so the pairing is a price relationship rather than NVIDIA exposure or endorsement. On DexScreener the project's listed website is Pollen Robotics' own product page. GeckoTerminal's profile for the same contract carries no website or social links and is not verified.

Unknown: who deployed and controls the token, what privileges the contract retains, how supply is distributed among related addresses as distinct from the pools themselves, whether liquidity is locked, and the mechanics or funding behind a circulating claim that holders receive NVDA-token rewards. No contract or ownership audit has been conducted. First review due 28 September 2026.
